How We’re Built Different
In many agencies, referrals to clinics, attorneys, or other providers can come with financial incentives paid directly to the agency, which means recommendations aren’t always neutral.
We don’t operate that way!
We don’t accept referral fees, kickbacks, or incentives of any kind. Our guidance is based on what’s actually the best fit for your situation, not what benefits us behind the scenes!
We don’t get paid to steer you
Some agencies manage escrow internally, which means they control the funds, the timing of payments, and the flow of money throughout the journey.
We don’t believe that’s the right structure!
Every journey we support uses an independent, third-party escrow provider. Funds are handled transparently, with clear tracking and accountability, so there’s no conflict of interest and no question about where money is going!
We Don’t Hold Your Journey Funds
Most models are built around one side of the journey, which creates an imbalance.
We believe surrogacy works best when both sides are supported, informed, and respected from the beginning!
We don’t treat this like a transaction. We advocate for clear expectations, healthy communication, and alignment on both sides, so no one feels left navigating this alone.
We support both intended parents and surrogates

We don’t believe in bundled pricing that hides where your money is going!
Our fees are transparent, structured around the level of support you actually need, and explained upfront so you can make informed decisions without surprises later.
You Should Know What Your Paying For
We provide access to a trusted network of experienced, vetted professionals, including attorneys, clinics, and other key partners.
But those referrals are always optional!
There are never any requirements to use our network, never any pressure, and never any financial incentives tied to your choices. You have full control over who you work with, and we are here to support you!
You’re not locked into our network
Surrogacy is a major decision, and it shouldn’t start with pressure, urgency, or a push to sign.
We take the time to make sure you understand what you’re stepping into, ask the right questions, and decide if this is the right path for you!
If it’s not, we’ll tell you. If it is, we’ll support you the right way, which is the way you deserve!
